3 tips to maximise webinar attendance

    Zoom link in the description (and a manual email on the day) — The Zoom / Teams / Meet link lives in the event description (visible from the registrant's confirmation page reached by email). Export the CSV on the morning and send an email with the link prominently displayed — that's what maximises join rate at H-2.

    Automatic D-1 reminder — The platform's D-1 reminder includes title, date and location. For a webinar, the 'location' can read 'Zoom (link in description)' — the registrant has the right info the day before.
