Use case

Plan a private party with a registration link

Birthday, housewarming, wedding: you want to know who's coming without chasing 30 people via SMS. An unlisted page does the trick — invisible on public listings, accessible only via the link.

The typical case

Pierre is celebrating his 30th in a rented venue (40 seats, caterer to confirm 7 days ahead). He publishes an unlisted event, shares the link in the family WhatsApp group plus the friends' group. The page tells him in real time who's in. Bonus: a parent registering their whole family in one go using the multi-participant form.

3 tips for a smooth party

  • 1
Enable “unlisted” — Tick the option in the event settings: your page disappears from the public listing and is only reachable via the direct link.
  • 2
Multi-participant for families — A parent can register their kids without each needing an email. You count headcount, not formfills.
  • 3
Cutoff date + reminder — Announce a hard RSVP cutoff (e.g. D–7) so you can finalise the caterer. The platform's automatic D-1 reminder drastically reduces no-shows.
Save time with the writing assistant — Describe your event in one sentence and let the assistant pre-fill the title, description and registration fields suited to this type of event. You stay in control: review and adjust before publishing.
