What is JustOneEvent and who is it for?
JustOneEvent is a freemium platform for organising local and regional events worldwide, from 30 to 10,000 registrations: associations, companies, individuals. You create an event page, share the link, receive registrations, check guests in with a QR code. No install — everything runs in the browser.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you publish 1 active event and accept up to 30 registrations per month, with no card required. Paid plans (from €9/month) unlock more events, more registrations per month, and advanced features like CSV export and the staff scanner.
Does JustOneEvent charge a per-registration commission?
No. Organisers pay a monthly subscription scaled to volume. No commission per registration, no hidden fees. For attendees, registration is always free; JustOneEvent does not handle attendee payments.
Do my guests need an account to register?
No. The registration form is public: your guests enter their name and email — that's it. They immediately receive a confirmation email with their unique QR code. Only the organiser needs a JustOneEvent account.
Where is data hosted?
In France, on Microsoft Azure (France Central region), with a database encrypted at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Fully GDPR compliant; a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is available on Pro and Business plans.
What kind of events does it work for?
