Is there a long-term commitment?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no commitment. You can cancel or downgrade to the Free plan at any time from your dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From Dashboard › Settings › Plan, in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access to your plan until that date, then the account automatically switches to the Free plan. Existing events remain accessible.
Do prices include VAT?
Listed prices are in euros, excluding tax. Applicable VAT (based on your billing country) is added automatically by Stripe at checkout.
Can I switch plans mid-subscription?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (you pay a prorated charge for the higher plan). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, with no fee. New plan quotas apply from the next billing cycle.
What is the maximum event capacity for each plan?
Per-event maximum capacity is capped by the plan's monthly registration quota: 30 (Free), 300 (Premium), 2,000 (Pro), 10,000 (Business), unlimited (Enterprise).
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. The Free plan requires no card. An invoice is emailed after each charge and downloadable from your dashboard.
Prices in euros, taxes excluded where applicable. Registration caps reset every month. Hosted in France (Microsoft Azure).
