8 Third-party services
Artificial intelligence
Some features use an artificial-intelligence service to generate content suggestions (title, description, registration fields). These suggestions remain the organiser's sole responsibility. The text entered in the assistant is sent, each time the organiser triggers a generation, to Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, a processor hosted in the European Union data zone (France Central endpoint). It is not reused to train the models and is not kept by JustOneEvent; Microsoft may retain it for up to 30 days for abuse detection. Details in the Privacy Policy, § 2.6 and § 5.
