## Organiser commitment

The organiser commits to GDPR compliance towards their participants (prior information, legal basis, purpose). JustOneEvent acts as a data processor in the GDPR sense.

## Platform commitment

Best-effort availability, no contractual SLA on Free / Premium; 99.5% monthly commitment for Pro / Business.

## Cancellation

At any time from the dashboard. Data retained for 30 days then purged.
