# How it works — JustOneEvent

## 1. Create an account

Free signup at https://www.justoneevent.com/register. Free plan by default, upgradable to Premium / Pro / Business on demand.

## 2. Configure an event

From the dashboard, create an event with: title, description, location (Google Maps autocomplete), date + time, time zone, capacity, visibility (public / unlisted), optional banner image.

## 3. Share the registration link

Each event publishes a public page at `/events/<slug>` with a registration form. Shareable URL on social media, email, flyers.

## 4. Receive registrations

Participants get a confirmation email with a unique QR-code. Real-time attendee list on the organiser side + CSV export.

## 5. Validate at the door

On event day, scan QR-codes from any smartphone (web interface, no app to install). Offline mode supported for venues without Wi-Fi (manifest pre-loading).

## 6. Follow up with statistics

Dashboard with validated entries, attendance rate, post-event feedback.
